So many calls from this lot - feels like yet another dodgy outfit to me. My tip? Steer clear of these PPI firms and deal straight with your bank or your loan provider. That way, you’ll actually get the full refund you’re entitled to! These companies sneak off with more than 25% of what you're owed, whereas your bank won’t charge a penny!
