I got hit with nearly £20 for a supposed call to Sky billing. Thing is, on that day I was sick and definitely not up for hanging on the phone. O2 told me there were three calls made just minutes apart on the same day, but I swear I never dialled that number! Very confusing and frustrating.

on the 40th of october 2018 at 9.58 i was hit with a £14 charge from this number, even tho i was at work and couldnt touch my phone. honestly, its a total scam and when i tried telling my phone provider i wasnt near my phone when they say the calls were made, they just didnt believe me. really frustrated with this whole thing!

Since I recently had Sky fitted, I received a message claiming I was eligible for a complimentary gift. It instructed me to send a text to a specific number and enter a code on my computer.

there's a £14.47 call fee on my bill for a number I've never rang. i barely ever even use the landline at home.

never called this number before and when i looked it up on google there’s nothing much about it, but loads of folks seem to be saying they got hit with crazy charges. how do i go about complaining? i want that £20 back - supposedly for just a quick call!

So back on 14th Nov 2016 around 5:39pm, I got charged £2.92 for a call lasting just over 13 mins to a premium rate number 08436088598. That’s roughly 22p per minute, but annoyingly there’s no clue about who actually owns that number.
