Hi Aimee, We followed the link and adhered to the guidelines. We noted the exact numbers that called us and the one we dialled ourselves. Interestingly, the phone rang only a few times before going silent. Thankfully, there were no charges incurred. Wishing you the best!

I've been receiving incessant calls-five times a day, no less! They keep leaving messages regarding PPI, trying to get us to ring them back. It's utterly ridiculous! Why on earth can’t BT put an end to this constant nuisance?

Another round of incessant ringing from this number today! Honestly, why can’t these people be put on hold? It’s becoming rather infuriating, and it’s really starting to grind my gears. How on earth do they even obtain our numbers through I am x direct? It’s beyond me, and it’s driving me up the wall! Grrrr!
