It's become rather tiresome, getting calls from this number on a daily basis. I'm starting to feel quite fed up with it all, to be honest.

Since I’ve settled into my new place a few months ago, I’ve found myself inundated with calls to my work phone - two or three a day, without fail! This never happened when I was using my previous number. Unfortunately, it seems BT and the telephone preference service are quite powerless against these recorded messages, which is rather disappointing, to say the least. Now, I’ve decided to simply let the phone ring. My philosophy is that any genuine callers will leave a message, but it can be a bit maddening when you’re trying to keep a business afloat. All things considered, I can't help but feel that as customers, we deserve better treatment. At the end of the day, this is a form of harassment, and it’s high time we had stronger measures in place to fend off these persistent nuisances that plague us all.
