Sounds like one of those annoying scams where if you ring back you get charged loads just to hear some automated message. Definitely not falling for it by calling back.

scam alert! i called back and got an answerphone saying ive been picked to win some prize or whatever. like seriously, why would a legit company make you ring back and leave a message like that? feels so dodgy to me.
