Got another random call today from some urgent blood and transplant service. I just blocked the number straight away. If you get calls like this, best to block them too and don’t answer - they might be wasting time meant for real emergencies, like someone needing a blood transfusion badly. I’ve reported it to BT and Ofcom, hope they take it seriously and sort it out. Should be some action taken against these nuisance callers for messing with something so important.
