I ignored this call on my phone because the number was unfamiliar. Honestly, I'd recommend just not picking up on calls from numbers you don’t know. If no one responds, most of these callers will stop bothering you pretty quickly!

I just rang that number back using my registered phone, and it turns out to be one of those dodgy competition scams claiming I've won something.
