Honestly, if you keep getting those silent calls, the best thing you can do is report them straight to Ofcom. Posting about it here doesn't really do much. Ofcom actually take it seriously and it only takes a couple of minutes to fill out a report on their website. Your phone provider? They don’t seem bothered, probably because they make money off selling caller ID and call blocking services. So, don’t waste time complaining here - get it sorted properly with Ofcom.
