Looking through various websites, it seems this number belongs to someone telling you that you’ve won some money. Every bit of feedback I saw was negative, so I’d say it’s best to just block it straight away.

Usually, I just let unknown numbers ring out, but this time I picked up. As soon as I said hello, there was complete silence on the other end, then they just hung up without a word. Proper strange!
