They say this place is ‘business friendly’, but that just means some dodgy characters can buy cheap bulk dialling from phone firms and keep banging out scam calls with no one from any authority stepping in, even when the numbers hit into the hundreds of thousands. Over in Europe, you report just one of these pesky unwanted calls and they shut the caller down straight away, plus hit them with big fines. It’s really embarrassing how nothing gets done here.

Got a call saying I’d been chosen to receive either cash or a brand new iPad :) total spam!

Got a recorded message claiming I won a prize, totally bogus! Seriously, don’t pick up or ring them back!

I got a call saying I won a prize from a draw, either £1000 or an iPad. They said press 2 if I wanted to claim it, or 9 to refuse. Bit fishy if you ask me.
