I keep receiving calls from these morons! I've made a point of ignoring them now. What a brilliant way to spend their time! I guess it keeps the wolf from the door, doesn’t it?

I can’t even begin to explain how many times I’ve been buzzed by this number, 08435608982. The callers insist they’re reaching out about some compensation tied to an accident from back in March 2011. To clarify, it involved my motability vehicle, which was completely empty at the time of the incident. They continuously claim to be representatives from the insurance of the other party, insisting there’s money reserved for compensation for injuries-though no one was injured at all. Being stuck in bed and on a cocktail of medications like 120mg morphine, diazepam, amitriptyline, pregabalin, tramadol, and cocodamol, I really don’t need this hassle. For the past eight months, it’s like clockwork-these people keep ringing. When I kindly tell them that I’m not interested and that it's all over with, their response is to raise their voices and declare it’s the very first call from them. It’s beyond bewildering! Every last one of those fifty or so calls has come from English folks, both men and women. I reached out to Motability on Monday, and they’ve logged my complaints but can’t do much else. They assured me they didn’t share my details with anyone besides my own insurer and the other party’s insurer, suggesting my info has either leaked from there or from the garage that repaired my vehicle. It's ironic since the car is registered in my name, yet my husband was the one driving, and I’m not listed as a driver. Curiously, they seem to know all sorts of personal details, including my full name, despite me always using Marie instead of my actual name. They’ve advised me to tell the callers that I’ve already received my compensation and to report them to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. Honestly, I feel utterly drained by this ordeal, especially since they’ve seemingly passed my details along to at least four other scam operations. The calls just keep coming in, every few days like a bad penny. I think I’ll consult Trading Standards, and I’m seriously considering changing my phone number again. I'm at my wit's end!

I just got a rather peculiar call from this number. A chap on the other end bellowed, "Are you having a cheeky moment in there?" before abruptly disconnecting. It's frankly ludicrous! What’s the best way to lodge a complaint about these foolish pranksters?

It’s strikingly similar, with the unmistakable sounds of chatter in the backdrop. This could very well be a scam designed to entice you into ringing back a premium-rate number. Absolute nonsense, if you ask me!
