Today, at precisely 15:43 on the 19th of June 2013, I've received three calls. Each time the phone rings and I pick up, there's this lovely little pause of about three to four seconds before I’m met with that frustrating unobtainable tone - as if they've simply hung up on me! What a nuisance!
