I just received a call from this number.

The person on the line introduced himself as Colin from a firm called B & H, apparently regarding PPI matters. He insisted that my name had popped up due to a loan involving PPI, but when I countered that this was incorrect, he bizarrely began to sing my name over the phone. It was all rather strange, to say the least.
