The woman on the line greeted me by name, claiming to be representing a firm named Niagara, which supposedly provides assistance for back issues and osteoarthritis. I took the liberty of pressing her on how she came into possession of my personal details. Her response was that I had filled in a form for their services - a complete fabrication, as I have no knowledge of their company and certainly do not suffer from those particular health concerns. She then attempted to pry into the situations of my relatives and anyone else living with me. It was astounding how relentless she was! After a lengthy back-and-forth, she finally agreed to erase my information from her records.
