I received a rather dubious message regarding a pension assessment. It seemed like yet another one of those contemporary scams, if you ask me. They had the audacity to send a text at 11:20 in the evening, only to follow up with a call the next day. What on earth were they thinking? Absolutely daft, if you ask me!

So I got a call from these lot claiming they wanted to go over my pension stuff. I mentioned I'm a broker who deals with Sipp and Sa** approved things and asked the woman if she was just cold calling to pitch stuff or looking for leads. As soon as I asked, she just dropped the call. Sounds like it’s some call centre up north just ringing random people left, right and centre.
