this is one of those pricey rip offs, they ring briefly just so you get tempted to ring back a premium number. the cops need to do something about it but they just dont bother.

My mum ended up spending more than £20 since she tried to ring them back but didn’t hang up right away, she has dementia you see 😞 honestly, these calls need to be banned from bothering folks like her.
