Absolutely, I've found myself charged for dialling this number just to hear a pre-recorded message. I plan to address this issue with BT promptly. This smacks of fraudulent activity and could very well be classified as a criminal act. If we keep encountering incidents like this with this number, it might lead to an arrestable situation based on the pattern of behaviour-either the police may get involved, or we might take matters into our own hands. In any case, some serious conversations may need to happen!

Had a missed call from this number. When I tried to ring back, it led me to a recorded message saying, "Congratulations, you've been entered in..." Just a word of caution-keep an eye on your phone bill, as it might get a bit pricey!
