So, I got charged for ringing this number just to listen to the voicemail, and I’m not having it - gonna sort it out with BT. This feels like they’re making money in a dodgy way, which should be illegal. If this keeps happening a few more times on this line, it’s definitely something the cops can step in on - or even us regular people could handle it, and maybe pay them a visit!

I tried ringing them back but it just went straight to a message saying 'congratulations, you've been entered into...' Keep an eye on your phone charges, I'd say.
