I accidentally answered a call that seemed to be from an emergency blood and transplant service, but it turned out to be some dodgy scam claiming to offer "financial help". I've since reported it to BT and Ofcom for them to look into as it could seriously delay urgent medical stuff like blood transfers. If you get a call like that, I'd say just block it and don't engage - better safe than sorry. Don't fall for it, they've gotta be stopped!
