The phone rang a few times, so I decided to check the number, and lo and behold, it seems to be a scam. I'm based in North East Scotland, and I always make sure to block these nuisance numbers and report them to the Telephone Preference Service. It's beyond me why these scammers aren’t already on their radar!

I’ve decided to put a stop to calls from this number, which claims to be related to energy conservation. Seems like a classic scam to me! I have made it a point to refuse all calls from any 0843 or 0845 numbers. Honestly, Ofcom ought to nip this in the bud and ban them altogether!
