Got a call out of the blue from someone claiming to be from the emergency transplant and blood hotline again. I blocked the number straight away. If you get something like that, just block it and don't pick up, could be messing with a real lifesaving blood transfer for someone close. I've reported it to BT and Ofcom, hoping they do something about these time-wasting calls.
