Someone was ringing, but they hung up after about 10 seconds, no clue why. I thought it was a call from someone I was waiting to hear from, so I decided to check who it was.

They keep calling, let it ring thrice and then just cut off. Looks like they're banking on you ringing back, probably to slap a premium rate on the bill!
