I have no clue who owns this number. It rings one or two times and then just hangs up without warning. When I try calling it back using Skype, it says there's some kind of issue. But if I call back from my mobile, it says my number's been logged and that I'll get a call back later. Weird behaviour for sure.

I got a call from a woman speaking with an Indian accent who claimed to be calling from Carphone Warehouse. She asked if I wanted to upgrade a phone that I’d only just bought a few days ago. Funny thing is, I had another call like this from a different number right before that.
