Absolutely, we’ve found ourselves in a similar predicament. We forked out two payments of £186, and they promised the funds would hit the account within three hours. But alas, there was no sign of it! After two weeks, we got back in touch and they claimed there had been a mix-up, demanding yet another £186. We told them where to shove it and firmly requested a refund. That said, we’re not holding our breath waiting for them to come through.
