i just got in touch with ee about this number, looks like it’s their upgrade line or something. i told them it’s really not right to bill people for calls coming from them! i got slugged £16 for a 23 min chat, but they said they’ll sort the refund straight away. if you’re with ee or orange, ring 150 from your phone, it won’t cost anything. make sure you ask them to give you your money back!

This number belongs to EE/Orange for mobile upgrades. I’ve just had a chat with EE and expressed my dissatisfaction regarding them imposing fees on customers simply to answer their calls! I was billed £16 for a call lasting 23 minutes, but they've agreed to waive the charge forthwith. If you're on EE/Orange, ring them up on 150 from your mobile-it's on the house! Make sure to sort out a refund for those charges.
