I am absolutely incensed! I had to endure three separate calls that clocked in at a staggering 1 hour and 40 minutes, racking up a bill of £18.45, all in an effort to modify my Sky package. One of those calls stretched for over an hour! What really grinds my gears is that at no point during the conversation was I informed this was a premium number for SkyTalk users reaching out to Sky's customer services. They’ve promised to send a letter regarding my complaint. It all feels rather sneaky and deceitful - is this truly how Sky operates? The number in question is 08435 047160.

I decided to give this number a ring after spotting it online, claiming to be associated with SKY. To my surprise, the call connected me straight to their service. Since I have my line rental bundled with SKY, I assumed calls to them wouldn’t incur any costs. However, upon checking my detailed bill from SKY, I found out I was hit with a £3.30 charge for that call. When I reached out to SKY for clarification, they informed me there's nothing they could do, attributing the charge to a third-party issue. Quite frustrating, really!

This is indeed a number for SKY's Broadband service. I'm signed up with them for both calls and internet. I reached out thinking it would be covered by my complimentary plan, but ended up with a rather substantial bill after trying to resolve an issue.
