Ridiculous charge of £12.214 for just over an hour on the phone! All that time was spent talking to SKY about SKY itself!

Was billed £21 for a 41 min chat with Sky TV customer service. Might start using payphones with free calls next time, supposed saving services or whatever. Feels like they’re just taking the mick every time.

Got a call from Sky, tried sorting my subscription issues but after like 45 minutes I saw a £25 charge for the call. Proper annoyed about that!

I'm honestly fuming. I had to call Sky customer services three separate times to sort out my package, and in total, I spent around 1 hour and 40 minutes on the phone. It ended up costing me £18.45! One of the calls even went on for over an hour. The worst part is, nowhere during the call was I told that this number, 08435 047160, would incur charges for SkyTalk users calling Sky customer support. I’m definitely writing them a letter about this - it feels really sneaky and unfair. Is this really how Sky operates?

Just like the other comment about Sky - so annoyed. Not impressed at all with them.

I dialled this number since online it said it was linked to SKY. The call actually connected straight to SKY. Normally, I don’t get charged for calls to SKY as my line rental is with them. But when I got my detailed bill from SKY, it showed a £3.30 charge for calling this number. I contacted SKY about it and they told me they can’t help as it’s handled by a third party.
