I’ve had six calls about a parcel I’m not expecting. Then I got this £98 bill from them! The worst bit is, one of the calls lasted just a few seconds - like 0.04 seconds or something - and they still charged me 55p. Nothing warned me it costs nearly £1 a minute. How can 4 seconds possibly be worth over half a quid? Makes no sense!

I spent over an hour on hold - like 1 hour and 15 minutes - and ended up being charged £43.20! No one ever picked up and they never said anything about charging 83p a minute. Honestly, my advice is to steer clear of Hermes and don’t bother calling this number at all!

Absolute joke, truly a disgrace. Honestly, this should be flagged up to the telecom regulator. I was hit with a £27.80 charge just for trying to reschedule a delivery call, and instead of help, I was stuck on hold the whole time. Feels like this is how they’re ripping people off. I’ll definitely never order from any business that uses this courier service again. Properly annoyed and fed up.

Just a thought here. It’d be brilliant if every person in the UK could get their hands on a cordless or corded phone that actually blocks numbers. Plus, it’d be great if phone companies included caller ID by default. That way, anyone trying to ring you and get ignored would probably get pretty annoyed. I’ve got all that sorted myself and since then, hardly any dodgy calls trying to scam me. They never have and never will. Cheers to everyone!

I can’t believe Hermes charged me £15 for a call I never even answered! Ridiculous!

I phoned this so-called customer service about a delivery that never turned up, only to find out they charged me £78 on my bill just for keeping me waiting on hold. They never answered, so I couldn’t speak to anyone, and since they don’t pick up, calling again isn’t an option. Seriously, don’t bother ringing them or you’ll end up out of pocket like me. Properly annoyed.

Pretty sure I dialled this number to get in touch with myhermes customer service about a parcel redelivery. Ended up spending £21.79 across a couple of calls as I was stuck waiting on hold for over half an hour!
