I was given this number to help find a mate who’d been taken to some kind of holding centre. Didn’t know it charged a fortune to call. After being told to hang on the line while someone came to help, I stayed waiting for nearly an hour - 55 minutes exactly - then the call just cut out. Ended up paying £40, not once but twice, just trying to get some answers. Honestly, it feels like a rip off to have to pay that much in a situation like this. Properly dodgy practice, if you ask me.
