It's quite peculiar; the phone starts ringing, but when I pick it up, there's absolutely nobody on the other end.

On the 17th of December, 2013, I received a rather hasty call from a representative of this company. She spoke at a tremendous speed, and despite my attempts to clarify that I believed I had already covered my boiler with insurance, I somehow ended up divulging my debit card details - what a mistake that was! Since then, I’ve noticed a charge of £149.99 taken from my account. I've reached out to them multiple times via letters and phone calls, pleading for a refund. One gentleman assured me that a cheque was supposedly in the post, yet I'm still awaiting its arrival. At 84 years of age, I can't shake off the feeling that I've been taken advantage of. Is there anyone who can lend a hand?
