I've noticed a charge of £10.00 on my O2 bill linked to this number. To the best of my knowledge, I’ve had no interaction with these individuals, nor do I wish to hear from them. It feels like a complete swindle, and it's high time action was taken against this nonsense! And by the way, I expect a full refund of that £10.00, thank you very much!
