I was trying to sort out the edenred free school meals vouchers and got totally stunned by the cost. £8 just to get a 38 minute call? Ridiculous! And half the time, you’re stuck waiting or never even get through to a real person. I honestly can’t understand why the government lets them charge that much.

I picked up and there was some background noise but nobody said anything. I tried saying hello a few times but still no reply.
