I rang this number back and got an automated message explaining it was a sales and marketing call offering some special services. They advised registering with the TPS to avoid future calls, but since I’ve been on the TPS for ages, I reckon they don’t really follow those rules. The message also said you could press '1' at the end to opt out, but I’m pretty sure that just lets them know your number is active and ready for more calls.
