I received a call earlier where they prompted me to hit 5 to find out more about my supposed "refund." I'm not actually anticipating any refund from anyone, so it piqued my curiosity regarding their identity. Clearly, it sounded like a scam, and I'm relieved I decided to look them up. As it happened, I was out and my voicemail didn't capture anything.

They persistently ring me, even after I’ve asked them to cease contact a good five times, and I've pressed 9 on my keypad even more often than that. It’s infuriating! Every time I request to speak with a supervisor, they simply disconnect the call. What on earth can be done to put an end to this? I'm seriously considering escalating the matter!
