I've received six calls from 08434109587 and then this number popped up. I'm inclined to think it’s the same lot behind it. My number is ex-directory and I’m registered with the TPS. I hardly ever share my number (I’ve got a different one that I use mainly for work purposes). The only time I recently provided this number was to Samsung as I had a repair in progress. It might just be one of those random dialling scenarios, and perhaps they persist because my answering machine picks up. I personally believe cold calling should be banned outright-my parents, both in their 80s, endure these unsolicited calls every single day. At minimum, I reckon these pesky callers ought to be penalised for each call they make!

Absolute nonsense! I received a call saying, "Kindly pay attention to this crucial announcement." It was all about some unsecured debt surpassing £10,000. Honestly, it seems high time someone put a stop to these folks!
