Got calls from the same number thrice today, but every time I picked up, they just cut off. Bit odd if you ask me, like they’re just trying to hit some daily call quota. Shame they don’t stick around, I’d love to tell them exactly how I feel!

My 92 year old mum got a call earlier about repairing her washing machine, but she just said to call back later. Then, at about 6:40pm I picked up a call from that same number. I stayed silent and couldn’t really understand who it was or what they wanted before the line just cut off. These scammy calls really need to be chased down and punished. Mum’s number is on the TPS list but honestly, it doesn’t seem to make any difference at all.

I keep getting calls but they never bother to leave a message on my answering machine. Whatever they want is obviously not legit because they don’t even say who they are. It just makes me feel a bit dodgy about the whole thing. At least they ought to tell you who they are if they’re going to ring.
