I've discovered that this phone number seems to be associated with an autodialling system. It appears they’re attempting to monitor all the currently active numbers by ringing them 10 to 20 times a day. I’d strongly advise against picking up any calls from this number; doing so might flag your number as active, and it could end up being sold to various marketing firms. Better to steer clear!

This feels like some kind of scam trying to collect active mobile numbers. The call hangs up after a couple of rings and they never leave a voicemail. Someone mentioned before that the number looks like others they've gotten, just with different last few digits.

I’ve been getting calls from a number that keeps ringing back, but the final digit switches up every time, so no matter how many I block, it keeps coming through. Such a pain!

Got another call today, sounded like my bank sending me a warning that I had £300 debited from my account by Amazon, then told about a £1000 withdrawal! Didn’t interact at all and immediately reported it as suspicious to my bank and asked TalkTalk to block the caller. Definitely a scam, so watch out!
