I got a call from someone saying they're with HMRC and that there's some fraud going on with my details. They told me to hit 1 on the phone to sort it out. Seemed fishy to me.

These are total scammers. They ring you loads of times and then either hang up right away or drop the call just as you answer, trying to get you to ring them back. DON’T RETURN THE CALL, it’s a premium rate number and you’ll get charged loads! Keep away from any calls starting with: 0843 378 02##. I got about 20 missed calls from numbers between 0843 378 0273 and 0843 378 0281. Do yourself a favour and BLOCK these numbers straight away!!
