The phone rang about 4 times before I answered and when I did, an automated voice said it was O2’s top-up service. I’ve been getting these calls for a while now, but I can’t seem to block them because my phone memory’s completely full. I’m on a pay-as-you-go plan, but I don’t need to top up for a few more days, so I’m guessing it’s probably junk calls. It’s hard to be sure though, especially since I had issues with my SIM card not too long ago. Even after swapping to a new SIM and getting a brand new phone, plus spending ages on the phone with O2 support who said they’d fixed it, I still can't send texts. Bit of a nightmare!
