What a right nuisance! No business name provided, and I had to ask when we already own the property and had arranged for double glazing. We eventually agreed to share the details, and as soon as we mentioned that the windows were made of hardwood to match our cottage, she just hung up the phone. Quite cheeky, if you ask me!
