They charged me £49.99 instead of the £4.99 they said, and I never got any call blockers sent out. Meanwhile, the calls keep going through to expensive premium numbers, so they're making money off that as well. Tried reaching out but no reply, so the bills just keep piling up with nothing done about it. Sent a registered letter but no response at all. Honestly, stay well clear of these lot.

Tried getting ahold of someone about a £49.99 charge that popped up in my bank, said it was meant to block annoying calls but no luck reaching anyone from the company. Pretty frustrating!
