I've had these annoying 0843 numbers ring me on three separate phones, always saying I've won something. I've just blocked every one of them now. What a waste of time!

Got a voicemail all hyped up saying "good news" - knew it was a scam, so just ended the call straight away!

Later, I checked it out on this site and noticed in the fine print about the call charges - turns out it might cost you as much as 85p per minute if you ring back. Would strongly advise against calling this number, definitely a rip-off! Avoid it!

Saw I had a missed call and decided to call back, only to get a robotic message claiming I’d won a grand in some sort of lottery. Pretty sure it’s just a dodgy marketing ploy or a scam, to be honest.
