At first I ignored the calls, but it kept ringing over and over. By the fifth ring, I finally picked up. There was this robotic voice saying something like "if you hear this message, your call went through." I honestly have no clue what that was about. If anyone knows, could you explain in the comments?

Sounds like one of those dodgy scams, probably from Eastern Europe or somewhere around there.

I picked up the phone and there was this message, something like "You’ve reached us successfully if you’re hearing this..."

Received a call from this number, so I picked up, only for it to disconnect straight away. After seeing some discussions on various platforms, I felt intrigued and decided to ring the number back. The automated message was rather garbled, sounding like it was coming through a poor line, and I managed to catch something about “... This call… completed… of your account balance.” I didn't stick around to hear more and hung up promptly!
