Just got a call with an automated voice saying I’d won £1000 pounds, sounded too good to be true so I ended the call right away.

This person kept hanging up on me a few times before finally saying I’d won an iPad, so I just ended the call. They’ve kept calling since then. Honestly, the best thing is just to not pick up at all.

kept gettin calls over and over but no one ever picked up. totally looks like a scam, I reckon they're just gatherin numbers from facebook n other social sites. seriously, be careful where you share your number online, especially in posts or emails!

I saw I’d missed a call and rang back, but ended up with some recorded voice telling me to press a button to claim money I supposedly won. It didn’t feel right, so I just hung up straight away.

I keep getting calls where they just ring once and cut off straight away, seems like a trick to get you to ring back and then you end up paying a 45p fee for answering.

Answered the phone and they immediately hung up. Sounds like the same scam that's been mentioned in other comments. I reckon they're trying to trick you into calling back so they can rip you off, based on what someone else said here. Going to block that number for sure.

As soon as I picked up, they just cut off the call. When I tried ringing them back, a robo message started telling me I’d been picked to win £250 or an iPad and to press 2 to claim it. I didn’t bother and just ended the call.
