Watch out, total rip off! I called the BT complaints number from my landline and it charges you 20p per minute. Ridiculous!

These annoying calls have gone from just irritating to seriously disruptive. Earlier this morning about 3 am, I got a silent call that woke me up. I'm quite old and really rely on my rest. I tried reporting it, but all I got was some automated response. When I checked the number with 1471, it just said international and "caller number not available". It's baffling - with all the tech available, why can't these calls be blocked? I use BT for my landline, mobile, and internet, so I’d say it’s well past time for them to sort this out. fife [email protected]
