When I tried to return the call, I was met with a message saying, "We're currently unavailable, enjoy some calming music while you wait," followed by a promise that they'd be with me shortly. At that point, I decided to hang up. Honestly, I’m rather concerned that this might be some sort of scam, and I do wonder why they think it’s amusing to waste our time.

Then I heard another message saying, "I will get back to your call soon." At that juncture, we decided to hang up, as we were quite concerned it might be some sort of dodgy scam and potentially racking up a hefty bill!
