Hi, I’m Fatma from Turkey and I’ve been living in Walthamstow for 15 years. I have two kids and went through domestic violence from my husband, so I stayed in a refuge for two years. Right now, I’m in a private house that the council helped me get, but the landlord wants to evict me. I really need a permanent home, preferably something with a garden because my child keeps asking for that. I don’t speak English well and don’t have anyone to support me. If I could be registered or get help from the council, it would mean so much. I’m feeling unwell and worried, so talking to someone from the council would really ease my mind. Please help me, I’m in need. Thank you so much 🙏
