7 monthsSo, yesterday I got a message on my PC saying it was “blocked because of suspicious activity” and it gave me a number to call: 0808 501 3688. I rang it, but the person on the other end definitely didn’t sound like they were from Microsoft. I ended the call and reached out to Action Fraud for guidance. They said it sounded fishy and they’d pass the info on to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau.
