I found myself in quite the predicament trying to recall an answer for a particular security question-my favourite sports team. Truth be told, I don’t support any team, so I was at a complete loss. I ended up clicking 'I can't remember' and, to my dismay, it booted me out of my account. Now, resetting the password requires a call to this number. After a tedious 40 minutes of being on hold and finally passing security checks, I was told I had to be transferred to yet another team just to reset my password-over the phone! I firmly told them where to stick that nonsense; I absolutely refuse to share any passwords with anyone. So, I ended the call and submitted an online request to close my account. Honestly, I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders!

What a dodgy call that was! I received a rather convincing call from someone with a posh English accent, claiming my kitchen appliance warranty was about to expire. When I mentioned I didn't even have such a warranty, they promptly hung up without another word.
