Absolutely terrible folks!!! They came across as so convincing, I almost fell for it. This woman rang and asked me for three numbers from my security code and part of my password. Luckily my husband was nearby when she called back and told me to cut off the call immediately. I might’ve ended up giving them all my info without realising it. Got a few calls on a Sunday from this number, looked like it might’ve been linked to Santander at one point. Checked with the bank and they said it wasn’t them, plus they never ring on Sundays. They only send texts to your registered phone with a secure message. They also mentioned now they’ll only send verification codes by text during a legit call. The codes are always more than 3 digits and only good for 15 mins. Best not to pick up or press any buttons when you get calls like this.
