Now my laptop’s stuck on that screen and I can’t use it till I figure out how to get outta it. I didn’t give them any details apart from telling them I’m disabled and really depend on my laptop.2 yearsHad a call right as I switched my PC on, and the person on the line was really pushy, trying to sell me a Microsoft anti-scam support thing for £199.00. The call dragged on for about 20 minutes. They asked for my card details but I wouldn’t give them. I did share my email though. My missus told me to hang up and shut down the computer. After that, they kept ringing me back about 8 times in a row, but I just ignored it.
