After that, they tried to charge me another £150 for a year’s protection plan. Felt like I had no choice. They mention a 15 day refund policy on their site. I’m waiting to see if that actually works. They kept ringing me back, claiming there were more security issues and pushing me to pay even more cash. Nope, not falling for that again.
